Scoop out some of the product from the jar and keep warm between your hands to let the balm melt, then it will turn into oil. Apply the oil onto your face and gently massage it into skin. Rinse off with lukewarm water or directly tissue off. However, some customers complain that this process is a bit cumbersome.
